1. By the present petition, the petitioner prays as under:
“1. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ,
order, or direction restraining Respondents No. 1 and 2, their officers, servants, and agents, from taking any coercive action against the· Petitioner pursuant to the impugned order dated 29.06.2026 bearing
Order/ Notice No. DSIIDC/CETP/WAZIRPUR/Notice-[V/2026-27/597, passed under Section 16 of the Delhi Common Effluent Treatment Plants Act, 2000, including the recovery of any sum as arrears of land revenue, disconnection of electricity or water supply, or the closure of the Petitioner's unit, pending the first effective hearing of the Petitioner's stay application in the appeal filed under Section 13 of the said Act before the Appellate Authority i.e. the Court of the Financial Commissioner, Delhi.
2. Pass such other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case.”

already filed an appeal under Section 13(3) of Delhi Common Effluent Treatment Plants Act, 2000.
3. The petitioner is aggrieved that despite the appeal being filed challenging the notice dated 29.06.2026, coercive action is apprehended.

Learned counsel representing the respondent who appears on advance service submits that there is nothing in the petition.
5. Considering that limited relief has been sought, the present petition is disposed of by directing the respondent not to take any coercive measure pursuant to notice dated 29.06.2026 for a period of four weeks.
6. The appellate authority is also requested to decide the appeal within a period of next four weeks.
7. The present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
