Following order was passed in the matter on 01.04.2026: - “Learned Assistant Advocate General has placed on record a copy of office instructions dated 01.04.2026 received from the District Panchayat Officer-cum-Secretary, Zila Parishad, Una. The said office instructions refer to the completion of inquiry proceedings based on the material available on record and evidence in view of petitioner’s noncooperation with the inquiry proceedings. However, the documents appended along with the office instructions do not include the inquiry report. Let the respondents place on record the inquiry report in terms of the aforesaid instructions. List on 06.04.2026.” 3. Learned Assistant Advocate General has placed on record a copy of office instructions dated 02.04.2026 received from the office of the Secretary, Zila Parishad Una, H.P., inter alia, placing on record the inquiry report. 4. Taking note of the office instructions dated 01.04.2026 filed on the previous date, as also the office instructions dated 02.04.2026 and the inquiry report furnished therewith, the present petition is disposed of, with liberty reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, for redressal of his surviving grievance, if any.
