Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a communication dated 18.06.2026, issued by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla- 1 and copy of order dated 02.06.2026, passed by the Dy. Director of School Education (Ele.) Solan, Distt. Solan (HP), which are taken on record.
2. A perusal of aforesaid order dated 02.06.2026, reveals that the petitioners have been allowed higher pay stage of Rs.37,600/- after two years of regular service, subject to the final outcome of LPA filed in CWP No.4830 of 2023, titled, as Inder Singh and any other legal remedies. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2 The DDO concerned has been directed to fix the pay of the petitioners and release the arrears.
3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 06.01.2026, passed by this Court in CWP No.389 of 2026, titled, Harish Kumar and Ors. vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors., has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioners, within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in aforementioned judgment, they shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition.
4. Accordingly, the execution petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of. 07 th July
