2. It is stated that the petitioner was the owner of the Shop No.102, Ring Road Market, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi since 1964. Accordingly, it is stated that the Shop No.48 allotted in the Local Shopping Centre, Sarojini Nagar in lieu of the aforesaid shop should have been allotted to the petitioner. 3. It is contended that the Shop No.48 has been allotted in favour of the respondent no.2 in an illegal and arbitrary manner. This is a digitally signed order. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation dated 3rd August, 2026 with the respondent no.1/NDMC (Annexure P-14 to the writ petition) which is yet to be decided. He submits that till the time the said representation is decided, the possession of the new shop may not be handed over to the respondent no.2. 5. Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.1/NDMC and private respondent no.2 submit that the possession of Shop No.48, Local Shopping Centre, Sarojini Nagar has already been handed over to the respondent no.2. 6. Mr.
Saurabh Seth, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1/NDMC has handed over a copy of the inspection note wherein it is stated that physical inspection of Shop No.102, Ring Road Market, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi was conducted on 6th August, 2026 and respondent no.2 was found in possession of the said shop. 6.1 The same is taken on record. 7. In view thereof, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing the respondent no.1/NDMC to decide the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner (Annexure P-14 to the writ petition) within two (2) weeks from today. 8. Needless to state, the petitioner would have his remedies available in law in the event the said representation is not decided favorably. 9. It is clarified that the Court has not made any observation with regard to the merits of the case. 10. Pending application stands disposed of.
