Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- ALFIZA BAIG Digitally signed by ALFIZA BAIG Date: 2026.01.06 10:51:17 +0530 2 / 3 “I) That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records of the case. ii) That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a suitable writ for directing the respondents to immediately release the two advance increments from the date of application to petitioner with interest according to the circular issued by Government dated 26.05.2005. iii) Cost of the petition may also be granted to the petitioner. iv) That, any other relief, which the petitioner is entitled and this Hon’ble Court deems it fit may kindly, be granted to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is working as a teacher and he has received President award and also Census Silver Award and accordingly petitioner became entitled for two advance increments pursuant to the circular issued by State Government on 26.05.2005. Petitioner has submitted representation before respondent no. 5 on 06.03.2025, however, till date representation submitted by petitioner is not considered, therefore, direction be issued to respondent no. 5 to consider and decide representation expeditiously within a specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that as petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking direction to respondent no. 5 to consider and take decision on pending representation, she is having no objection. If representation submitted by the petitioner is still pending consideration, it will be considered and decided in accordance with law. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties as also the documents enclosed along with this writ petition. 3 / 3 5. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties instead of keeping this writ petition pending and seeking reply from the respondents, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage directing respondent no. 5 to consider and take decision on pending representation dated 06.03.2025 submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law keeping in mind the circular issued by State Government on 26.05.2005, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 03 months from the date of receipt of this order. 6.
