PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA CRIMINAL PETITION NO: 199/2026 ORDER: The instant Criminal Petition, under Section 528 of B.N.S.S., 2023 (u/s.482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) has been filed by the Petitioner/Accused Nos.1 and 2, seeking quashment of the entire proceedings against them in Crime No.365 of 2021, dated 10.12.2021, on the file of the Eluru Rural Police Station for the offenses under Section 420 of IPC 2. Heard Sri Pulla Rao Nethala, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. K.Priyanka Lakshmi learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the Court may dispose of the petition by giving a direction to the respondent police to conclude the investigation as expeditiously as possible as the crime is of the year 2021. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions made, this criminal petition is disposed of.
