The present application for condonation of delay of 60 days in filing the Family Court Appeal. 3. Ms Khushi Kadu, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the judgment and decree under challenge was passed on 21.02.2024 and the applicant has applied for grant of certified copy on 23.02.2024. However, the certified copy was delivered on 13.03.2024 and by the time the applicant approached the counsel for filing the appeal, the summer vacation had commenced. Hence, there is delay of 60 days in filing the Family Court Appeal. 4. In view of above, we are of the considered opinion that the applicant has made out sufficient cause for not filing the Family Court Appeal in time and the delay of 60 days has occurred. Accordingly, the civil application is allowed. The delay of 60 days in filing the Family Court Appeal is condoned. The civil application is disposed of. FAMILY COURT APPEAL STAMP NO.10641 OF 2024.
