Learned counsel for the petitioner – husband and respondent No.2 – wife in unison submit that the parties to the lis were before the concerned family Court in M.C.No.1298/2024 and have settled their matrimonial dispute amicably by drawing up certain terms and conditions before the mediation center. The parties have now parted their ways. A photocopy of the memorandum of settlement is appended to - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:23835 CRL.P No. 16254 of 2025 the petition and the parties are before this Court seeking permission to compound the offences. 3.
