The petitioners filed this writ petition seeking a mandamus directing respondent authorities to consider the representation dated 27.10.2025 sent by respondent No.2 to respondent No.3 and permit the petitioners students to appear for the ensuing examination in relation to their 1st year MBBS course and to declare the result of he said examination vide Annexure-D. At Annexure-D, there is a - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:10995 WP No. 533 of 2026 communication dated 27.10.2025, wherein the University has addressed a letter to the respondent No.3 and respondent No.3 has not considered the representation forwarded by respondent No.1. 2. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that if reasonable time is granted, respondent No.3 would consider Annexure-D, and would pass the appropriate order in accordance with law. 3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for respondent No.3, I proceed to pass the following order: ORDER i.
