Against notice dated 10.02.2026 issued under Section 13(2) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 ('SARFAESI Act' for short), the petitioners have submitted a representation dated 07.05.2026, under Section 13 (3A) SARFAESI Act. A perusal of the said representation shows that it is neither received nor properly addressed. 3. We, accordingly, grant liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the Authorised Officer, Varthana Finance Private Limited, Gorakhpur within a week of date, and if the said representation is made, it shall be considered according to the provisions of Section 13 (3A) SARFAESI Act and decided by the Authorised Officer, before proceeding further in the matter. 4.
