During the course of hearing, when confronted with the issue whether this Court can assess the security, examine the threat perception or has the wherewithal to assess the same that too when there is an alternative forum namely “State Level Security Review Coordination Committee (SRCC)” available for said purpose, the petitioner was fair enough to concede that he would prefer not to press this petition at this stage, rather would like to approach the concerned authorities for redressal of his grievances. 3.
