We have heard Ms. S. B. Choudhury, learned Advocate for the applicant. 2. The present application has been filed by the applicant/petitioner, seeking impleadment of Smti. Madhuchanda Dey, Principal, The Govt. Girls’ Higher Secondary School, Club Road, Silchar, Ward No. 6, Dist.- Cachar, Assam, PIN-788001 as the respondent/contemnor No. 4 in the connected Cont.Cas(C) No. 440/2026. 3. The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the respondent/ contemnor No. 3 in the connected Cont.Cas(C) No. 440/2026 is no longer holding the post of Principal of the aforesaid School and in her place, the new incumbent namely, Smti. Madhuchanda Dey, has joined the said post. Therefore, he prays for impleadment of the new incumbent in the connected contempt petition. 4. Having gone through the pleadings as well as the materials available on record and taking note of the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the opinion that aforenoted party, is required to be impleaded as respondent/contemnor No.4 in the connected contempt case for its proper adjudication. 5.
