Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State as well as Mr. K. Shahi, learned counsel for respondent no.2. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed with the following prayers: "A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned result declaration dated 28.7.2026 (Annexure no.1 to this writ petition) issued by the Respondent no.2 so far as Hindi Subject is concerned. B. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authority to not to go with the eligibility and DV Test/ Final declaration of the result unless the objections of the petitioners are decided and duly informed to the petitioners. C. Issue a writ, order or direction be issued for canceling the result published of Hindi subject dated 28.7.2026 and direct the respondent authority to conduct the re- examination for Hindi subject. D. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authority to declare four question nos. 11, 24, 30, 55. E. Issue a writ, order or direction be issue by this Hon'ble Court accordingly be deleting the aforesaid questions and declare the result on the remaining questions. F. Issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case and. G. Award cost of the petition." 3. The issue in question has already been settled by the Lucknow Bench of this Court by its judgment dated 28.09.2026 passed in Writ-A No.8055 Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Amitesh, Raj Kishore Yadav Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Kushmondeya Shahi Shailesh Dwivedi And 9 Others .....Petitioner(s) The State Of U.P. And Another .....Respondent(s) of 2026 (Seema Gupta And 20 Others vs. State of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Secondary Education Deptt. Lko. And 2 Others). 4. Considering the fact that a decision has already been taken by the respondent authorities with respect to Question Nos.11, 24, 30 and 55 of the Hindi question paper of the T.G.T. Examination (Adv. No.01/2022). The respondent authorities may take a decision and proceed with the declaration of result accordingly. 5. In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of, accordingly.
