Learned A.G.A. on the basis instructions submits that pursuant to the investigation a final report has been filed in the instant case. The cause on which the writ petition was founded does not survive. The writ petition has become infructuous. Shri Chandra Prakash Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid fact. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
