JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 08-05-2026 Heard the parties. 2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 114 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 21 (C ) of NDPS Act. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 15.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36125 of 2025. 3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 560 liters of Wiscodin syrup from different vehicles. 4 It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the trial is progressing and only three out of twelve witnesses have been examined. 5.
