Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for and is permitted to correct the date in the relief clause during the course of the day. 2. The petitioners, who are the shop allottees seek allotment on priority basis after reconstruction of the shops, once the existing structures are demolished. It is contended that in an identical set of the facts, similarly situated shopkeepers had approached this Court by filing Writ C No. 36938 of 2025, wherein this Court vide order dated 08.04.2026, passed the following order: 1. Personal affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 2 and 3 today is taken on record. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents is granted six weeks time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within two weeks thereafter. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the land in question is going to be used only for road widening and whenever new shops are constructed by Nagar Palika Parishad, Mauranipur, Jhansi in future, they shall be allotted to the petitioners on a priority basis. He further submits that if the petitioners submit an application for refund of money, the same shall be refunded. 4. Connect and list along with Writ-C No. 43498 of 2025. 5. List on 01.07.2026. 6. It is made clear that whenever the new shops will be constructed, they shall be allotted to the petitioners on a priority basis. 3.
