He report a fraud mentioning return held at said Bank. The matter went up to Reserve Bank of India which also held that it was a fraud return. In pursuance of memo dated 19.05.2025 issued by Deputy Superintendent of Police, CID RO, Tirupati, the Branch Manager of the petitioner has placed all documents as required on 22.05.2025, since then the investigating agency has not taken any proper steps for enquiry, thus, approached this Court seeking necessary relief, so that, police authority will conclude investigation as early as possible. 2. Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, has placed a written memo dated 13.03.2026 signed on behalf of the Director of General Police, CID, A.P., Mangalagiri, which contends inter alia that the enquiry has been conducted properly and it was completed, thereafter, the same was placed before the concerned authority on 23.01.2026 for legal opinion, finally on 13.03.2026 order of closer of enquiry was passed. 3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the written memo, it appears that the petitioner being the complainant is unaware about the enquiry conducted by the police authority in pursuance to the report. The petitioner being aggrieved person is required to be informed about progress/status of every proceeding taken by the investigating agency. Accordingly, the respondent authorities are directed to handover all the documents including the enquiry report and connected material/documents concerned, which were obtained by the police authority in the course of 4 investigation including any opinion, remarks and the report of the officials regarding closer of the investigation to the petitioner, within two weeks from the date of petitioner’s approach to the 5th respondent. 4. On the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
