In such view of the matter, FA No. 36 of 2026 is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the appellant to file a fresh appeal challenging the selfsame impugned judgment and decree as assailed in the instant appeal. 3. The learned Advocate-on-record for the appellant is granted leave to take back the certified copies of the impugned judgment and decree from the Department for the above purpose, upon furnishing photocopies thereof. 4.
