The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging his posting/transfer under the Rationalization Policy. 2 / 2 2. Counsel for the State submits that petitioner has filed this petition after rejection of representation by Divisional Level Committee dated 03.11.2025 and against which petitioner is having the remedy to file representation/appeal before State Level Committee. 3. Upon asking to learned counsel for the petitioner, whether petitioner has submitted an application/appeal/representation before the State Level Committee, he submits that, after rejection of the application/representation by the Divisional Level Committee, he has filed this writ petition. 4. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the parties and further considering that under the rationalization policy formulated by the State Government, there are three committees constituted for considering the grievance of the employees i.e. District Level, Divisional Level and State Level. In the opinion of this Court, petitioner is having remedy to file appropriate proceedings before State Level Committee and therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit representation/appeal before the State Level Committee and if such a representation is submitted, the State Level Committee shall consider and take decision on the representation, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation/appeal. 5.
