No.36250 of 2025. The matter was directed to be posted for consideration on 05.01.2026. We are informed that the matter now stands adjourned. In the meantime, the appellant is stated to have filed its response to the petition. 2. Urgency is expressed by stating that according to the terms and conditions of the license, the work in question has to be executed within a time bound period which is the essence of the contract, failing which loss to the extent of Rs.35 Crores per month would be caused. It is in those 2 HCJ & CGR, J W.A. No:22 of 2026 circumstances prayed that while the appellant is not averse to seeking vacation/modification of the order impugned, and argue the matter, an early disposal is what is actually being prayed for by learned counsel for the appellant in the present case. 3. In the meantime, learned counsel for the petitioner, who is present in the Court, states he would file rejoinder by 19.01.2026 so that the matter is argued on 20.01.2026, and further undertakes that he would not seek any adjournment on the aforementioned date before the learned single Judge. 4. Be that as it may, we dispose of the present writ appeal with a direction to the Registry to list W.P. No.36250 of 2025 for consideration before the appropriate Bench having the roster, on 20.01.2026. No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
