Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court finds force in the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Hence, it is ordered that the date of the final judgment passed in this case which has wrongly been mentioned as ‘28th January, 2025’ instead of 28th January, 2026’ be read as 28th January, 2026’.
