Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State as well as Mr. K. Shahi, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed with the following prayers: "(i) Issue a writ order or directing in the natre of certiorari quashing the impugned result dated 28.07.2026 (Annexed as Annexure NO. 8) of TGT Hindi subject of 509 posts declared by U.P. Service Selection Commission Prayagraj in pursuance of advertisement No. 01/2022 through written examination dated 03.06.2026 by this Hon'ble court. (ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the competent respondent authority as respondent NO. 2 to consider the selection of the petitioner by following answer "Earth Dosh" as Option D of Question No. 94 paper booklet of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) Hindi Subject exam dated 03.06.2026 in pursuance of Advertisement No. 1/2022 held by Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission Prayagraj and pursuant to this, the petitioner shall be allotted institution to consider the candidature of the petitioner carryout in the fresh main selection list and reject the option C of question No. 94 to considering the option D "Earth Dosh", by this Hon'ble court. (iii) Issue an appropriate order or direction which this Hon'ble court may deem fit proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. (iv) Award costs of writ petition to the petitioner." 3. The issue in question has already been settled by the Lucknow Bench of this Court by its judgment dated 28.09.2026 passed in Writ-A No.8055 of 2026 (Seema Gupta And 20 Others vs. State of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Secondary Education Deptt. Lko. And 2 Others). Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Birendra Prasad Maurya, Jagdamba Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Kushmondeya Shahi Satendra Kumar Yadav .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) 4. Considering the fact that a decision has already been taken by the respondent authorities with respect to Question No.94 of the Hindi question paper of the T.G.T. Examination (Adv. No.01/2022). The respondent authorities may take a decision and proceed with the declaration of result accordingly. 5.
