JUSTICE PRANJAL DAS O R D E R 17.09.2026 Heard Mr. H.P. Guwala, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner. This interlocutory application has been filed for seeking correction of certain purported typographical errors in the order dated 14.09.2026 passed in Bail Application No. 2521/2026, whereby, the petitioner was granted bail. It is pointed out that in para 2 of the order, the P.S. case number has been wrongly mentioned as Mayong P.S. Case No. 53/2024 instead of Mayong P.S. Case No. 53/2026. Further, in the same para, the date of arrest was mentioned as 20.06.2024 instead of 20.06.2026. In the 3rd paragraph also, the date of the FIR has been mentioned as 15.06.2024 instead of 15.06.2026. The aforesaid errors are typographical errors and hereby stand corrected. This order shall be read as part of the order dated 14.09.2026, passed in Bail Appln. 2521/2026.
