For the respondents : None Rakesh Kainthla, Judge (Oral) The present application has been filed against the judgment of acquittal passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chamba, District Chamba vide order dated 01.07.2025. It has been submitted that the complainant intends to approach the Court of learned Sessions Judge as per the judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court in Criminal Appeal Nos. 1868-1870 of 2025, titled as Celestium Financial versus A. Gnanasekaran & Others. Since, the Hon’ble Supreme Court has held that a person has a right to approach the Court of Sessions 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. 2 against the order of acquittal, therefore, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the Court of Sessions in accordance with the aforesaid judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court. 2.
