HON'BLE KUNAL RAVI SINGH, J. 1.Grievance of the petitioners is that while 63.23 square meters of land was allotted to the petitioners vide allotment letter dated 26.6.2006, the actual possession was given only of 50 square meters and, thus, there is a shortage of certain area. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the NOIDA Authority Sri Kaushalendra Nath Singh states that if a detailed representation is filed before the respondent no. 2 then the same shall be considered in accordance with law. 3. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the case, we direct that if the petitioners file a fresh representation ventilating their grievances with regard to the shortage of the area in the actual possession then the same shall be considered in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of its filing. When the order is passed, all such submissions which shall be made by the petitioner through the representation would be considered in accordance with law. 4.With these observations, the writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
