Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 06.07.2026 issued by the Director, Directorate of Elementary Education, Himachal Pradesh and copy of letter of even date, issued by the Director (School Education), Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-1, which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of letter dated 06.07.2026 reveals that even before passing the judgment by the Court on 29.12.2025, 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 the Deputy Director of Elementary Education, Hamirpur had passed an order on 17.11.2025, granting the petitioner the higher pay scale of Rs.37,600/- alongwith all consequential benefits and admissible arrears after completion of two years of regular service. However, the petitioner has not been released the financial benefits and a request has been made to make a budgetary provision amounting to Rs.1,84,944/- in order to avoid the adverse action by this Court. 3. Since respondent No.2 has taken effective steps to get the judgment implemented and requested respondent No.1 to release the funds, the mandate contained in the judgment dated 29.12.2025 passed in CWP No.20567 of 2025, titled, Prem Lata vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others, has been complied with and nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is accordingly closed. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released in terms of the directions given by the Court in the judgment, sought to be executed, within a period of 8 weeks from today, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an 3 application for revival of the present execution petition. 4.
