Case No. 462 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 140(2), 3(5) of the BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other accused persons are said to have kidnapped the victim and demanded extortion. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 28.09.2025 and has two criminal antecedents. 5. Considering the fact and circumstances of the case as well as the statement of the victim recorded under Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28926 of 2026(2) dt.07-05-2026 2/2 Section 183 B.N.S.S and Section 180 B.N.S.S., this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.
