The present petition is filed with the following prayer:- "i) Direct the Court below to decide the Complaint case No 849 of 2021 Pending before ACJM Firozabad U/S 498A, 323, 504, 506, IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act P.S Narkhi Dist Firozabad with in specific time." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that complaint is pending since 2021 and till date even question of summoning of accused has not been considered by the trial court. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Firozabad to consider the question of summoning of accused within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
