It is the contention of learned counsel for accused applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in FIR dated 25.12.2025 lodged through an application under Section 175(3) BNSS with the allegation that the accused persons including the accused applicant had cheated the informant of money and documents for getting a mobile tower erected on his plot. Later on, the documents have been misused by placing it for motorcycle loan. It is further contended that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. No such assurance of erecting of mobile tower has ever been given to the informant. The informant has purchased the motorcycle, whose monthly installment has not been paid by him due to which, the motorcycle has been seized by the Finance Company from the possession of the informant, This shows that there is no misuse of the documents. The charge sheet has been submitted. The applicant has six cases criminal history, wherein, in five cases, he is on bail and one case, stay is in operation.
