In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required at this stage of the investigation. Accordingly, the interim protection granted to the petitioner on 08.01.2026 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner shall appear before the trial Court as and when summons are received.
