District and Sessions Judge, Rural District, Bengaluru in Crl.Misc.No.323/2026; produced as ANNEXURE-A. b. Enlarge the petitioners on Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.342/2025 dated 22.09.2025 and connected proceedings, on such terms as deemed fit. c. Call for records in Order dated 26.02.2026 passed by the Ld. VI. Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Rural District, Bengaluru in Crl.Misc.No.323/2026; - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:15278 CRL.RP No. 444 of 2026 d. Pass such other order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice and equity". 3. The condition which was imposed by the Sessions Court while granting the interim order sought to be modified by filing an application. Learned trial Judge has dismissed the said application and refused to modify the condition imposed while granting the anticipatory bail. Such an order is not a revisable order. 4.
