No. 499 of 2023 arising out of Taratand P.S. Case No. 44 of 2011 for the offence registered under Sections 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge VI, Giridih, is pressed into motion. Earlier the petitioner was granted bail by the learned trial Court and after commitment on 13 consecutive dates, he did not appear. Consequently, his bail was cancelled and non-bailable warrant was issued by the learned trial Court. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that misuse of bail was not intentional as the petitioner has gone out of State for earning his livelihood. Learned A.P.P. opposed the bail petition. Under the circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below along with security deposit of Rs.25,000/-.
