Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that inadvertently list was not marked and in view of that contents of order was not known to the petitioners and therefore, the peremptory order was not complied within time. 3. Learned counsel for the State has got no serious objection if the Cr. Revision No. 89/2024 is restored in its original file. 4. In view of above submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the averments made in the petition, the Court finds that sufficient ground is made out for restoration of criminal revision and accordingly, Cr.
