Kalita, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2. This application has been filed under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, Page No.# 2/2 1908 in respect of Money Execution No.02/2026 pending in the court of learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Sivasagar. 3. The petitioner is the judgment debtor. He was directed to file the affidavit in respect of his assets, both movable and immovable and the case was posted on 14.09.2026. 4. Mr. Kalita submits that he needs some time to file the affidavit. 5. After considering the submissions of Mr. Kalita, the prayer is allowed. 6. The time limit for filing the affidavit in respect of assets, both movable and immovable of the judgment debtor is extended for another 30 days beyond 14.09.2026.
