Case No. 51 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 310(4), 310(5), 111(2)(b), 111(3), 111(4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 25(1-B)(a),26,35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the raid was conducted by the police on the secret information and the petitioner and other six accused persons have been arrested and in the identical situation, two of the co-accused persons have already been granted regular bail in B.A. Nos. 6940 and 8595 of 2025 respectively by the co-ordinate bench. He next submits that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 07.06.2025. 3. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that they were planned to do the crime. 4. Considering that in the identical situation, two of the co- accused persons have already been granted regular bail in B.A. Nos. 6940 and 8595 of 2025 respectively by the co-ordinate bench and further the petitioner is in judicial custody since 07.06.2025, I am [2026:JHHC:939] -2- inclined to release the petitioner, on regular bail. 5. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur, in connection with Telco P.S.
