The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- “For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding upon the respondents, more particularly, the respondent No: 5, to accept rent and to issue rent receipts in favour of the petitioners in respect of a piece of land measuring an area of 10 decimals of Plot No: 685 and further an area of 7 decimals of Plot No:686, both under Khata No: 1182 in Mouza- Bara Gamharia in the district of Seraikella- Kharsawan (hereinafter referred to as the lands-in-question') and within a specified period.” 2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the appropriate authority under the mutation law. 3.
