CMP No.12886/2026 Learned Assistant Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 06.07.2026 from Executive Engineer, H.P.P.W.D, Division Dharampur, District Mandi, H.P. to the effect that net payable amount to the petitioner has been worked out as 27,98,716/- as against claimed amount of
96,32,816/- and office order in this regard was passed on
25.05.2026. A copy of said office order has also appended alongwith the office instructions. In the office instructions, it has also been conveyed that budgetary provisions have been demanded from the concerned quarter for defraying the admissible liability towards the petitioner. Taking note of office instructions, the present application is disposed of.
