PRESENT THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K SREENIVASA REDDY
CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.96 OF 2026
Between:
Shaik Sharifunnisha ...PETITIONER
AND
Donadi Maheswari ...RESPONDENT
Counsel for the Petitioner:
1. V NITESH
Counsel for the Respondent: -----
The Court made the following ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Junior Civil Judge, Mydukur, to dispose of IA No.522 of 2022 in OS No.68 of 2022, as expeditiously as possible.
2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner/defendant submits that the respondent herein/plaintiff filed OS No.68 of 2022 on the file of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Mydukur, for specific performance of
SRK, J CRP No.96 of 2026 2 agreement of sale dated 18.08.2021 and in the said suit the respondent/plaintiff also filed IA No.522 of 2022 seeking an ex parte ad-interim injunction by restraining the petitioner herein/defendant from alienating the petition schedule property by way of sale, gift, exchange, lease, mortgage etc., till disposal of the suit. He further submits that, having obtained interim status quo order in IA No.522 of 2022 in OS No.68 of 2022, the respondent/plaintiff is wantonly postponing the hearing of the said IA by getting the status quo interim order extended, which resulted in causing serious loss and hardship for the petitioner. Hence, he prays to direct the Court below to dispose of the said IA pending therein.
3. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the learned Junior Civil Judge, Mydukur, is
directed to dispose of IA No.522 of 2022 in OS No.68 of 2022, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
