------ 02/ 26th March, 2026
1.
Heard the parties.
2.
It is the grievance of the petitioner that the rent receipts are not been issued in favour of the petitioner in spite of a decree passed in favour of the petitioner by the appropriate Civil Court in Original Suit (Title) No.145/2002 by the Court of Civil Judge (Sr. Division-VI), Ranchi, which has been affirmed in Title Appeal being Civil Appeal No.28 of 2023 by the Court of Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi.
3.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State admits that the title of the petitioner has been declared by the Title Suit and affirmed in the title appeal as the appeal was dismissed on the ground of limitation.
4.
Considering the same, I find that there cannot be any other impediment in issuing the rent receipts in favour of the petitioner.
5.
The Circle Officer, Ranchi is directed to pass an appropriate order in respect issuance of rent receipts in favour of the petitioner, considering the judgments passed in Original Suit
2026:JHHC:8743 2
(Title) No.145/2002 by the Court of Civil Judge (Sr. Division-VI), Ranchi affirmed by the Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi. The decision should be taken within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order which would be brought to the notice of the Circle Officer by the petitioner and the order will be communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.
6.
With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is
disposed of.
