Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a communication dated 19.06.2026 issued by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh-171001 and copy of order dated 19.06.2026, passed by the Deputy Director of School Education, (Elementary) Solan, District Solan (H.P), which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the order dated 19.06.2026 reveals that the case of the petitioner has been considered and he has been allowed higher pay stage of Rs.40,100/- after completion of two years of regular service, subject to the final outcome of LPA filed 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 in CWP No.4830 of 2023, titled, Inder Singh and any other legal remedies. The DDO concerned has been directed to fix the pay of the petitioner and release the arrears. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 30.12.2025 passed in CWP No.20661 of 2025, titled, Guru Dutt Sharma vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors., has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is accordingly closed, subject to the final outcome of LPA filed in CWP No.4830 of 2023, titled, Inder Singh and any other legal remedies. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioner in terms of the directions given by the Court in the judgment sought to be executed, within a period of 8 weeks from today, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the present execution petition. 4.
