Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- 2 / 3 “10.1 That the Hon’ble Court may be kind enough to call the record of the petitioner as well as other respondents. 10.2 That the Hon’ble Court may be kind enough to issue a writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions and to command the respondents by writ of mandamus and to order the respondents to pay the pension, gratuity and GIS with interest. 10.3 That the Hon’ble Court may be kind enough to issue any other writ, order or direction to the respondents in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for State submits that major portion of the retiral dues of petitioner has already been disbursed in his favor as it reflecting from the letter dated 07.01.2025 issued by Principle Government College Dharsiwa, Raipur. He submits that small portion of amount is pending due to petitioner on ground of some objection, however now that has been settled. Proceedings of payment has not been completed because even after noticing the petitioner, he is not approaching the authorities for signing documents. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that this writ petition was filed on 23.07.2024 and the letter of the Principle is dated 07.01.2025. He submits that in view of submission made by counsel for the State he will appear before respondent no. 2 and direction be issued to respondent no. 2 to conclude the proceedings with regard to the payment of balance amount of petitioner within specified time frame. 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage 3 / 3 permitting petitioner to appear before respondent no. 2 in turn respondent no. 2 shall conclude the proceedings with regard to the payment of balance amount due to the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of one week thereafter and respondents are directed to disburse the said amount in account of petitioner within further period of two weeks thereafter. 5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
