Case No. 40/25 registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5) BNS and 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau. 3. It appears that the pleading(s) are not complete in view of the order dated 11.02.2026 passed by the Apex Court in Criminal Appeal No.825 of 2026 [arising out of SLP (Crl.) No.12669 of 2025] reported in 2026 SCC OnLine SC 188. 4. Since, the pleadings are not complete, I am not inclined to enlarge the applicant (s) on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the applicant(s) stands rejected. 5.
