Darshan Singh vs. State of H.P. and others Execution Petition No.923 of 2026 07.07.2026 Present: Mr. Jai Dev Thakur, Advocate, for the petitioner. Mr. Vishav Deep Sharma, Additional Advocate General, for the respondents-State. Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a copy of communication dated 04.07.2026 and copy of office order dated 07.03.2026, passed by the Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti Division, Sundernagar along with other documents, which are taken on record. A perusal of the communication dated 04.07.2026 reveals that the pension of the petitioner has been revised to Rs.12,246/- per month and has also revised the date of commencement of pension from 01.01.2018 to 01.04.2014. The other benefits have also been paid except the DCRG and leave encashment. Faced with this, learned Additional Advocate General prays for and is granted four weeks’ time to ascertain the aforesaid fact too. In the meantime, the petitioner may also verify whether he has received the benefits as mentioned above in the communication dated 04.07.2026 passed by the Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti Division, Sundernagar or not.
