1. Heard Ms. N. Begum, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The present contempt petition is filed alleging willful and deliberate violation of the order dated 13.06.2019 passed in WP(C)/3911/2019.

3. The aforesaid order dated 13.06.2019 is quoted herein below:-
“Heard Mr. F. Z. Mazumder, learned counsel for the petitioner. Issue notice, returnable within 3 (three) weeks. Mr. D. Nath, learned Additional Senior Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. Petitioner may be paid the subsistence allowance during the period of his suspension. List the matter again on 06.08.2019.”
4. Thereafter, the writ petition was dismissed on withdrawal under its order dated 01.06.2022, the same is quoted herein below:-
“Mr. K. M. Mahanta, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh. Mr. S. S. Roy, learned counsel appears for the all respondents. Prayer is allowed. The Writ Petition is dismissed on withdrawal as prayed for, with liberty to file afresh”.
5. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives to the adjudicated in the present contempt petition.
