The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 26/2025 arising out of Pipratand P.S. Case No. 16/2025, registered under sections 18(b)/21(b)/21(c)/22(b)/22(c) of N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, NDPS, Act, Palamau. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement. He further submits that the petitioner has been arrested on 25.07.2025 and since then he is in custody. He also submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 15 of the petition. He next submits that two of the co-accused persons have been granted regular bail in B.A. No. 9945 of 2025 and B.A. No. 10661 of 2025 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional ( 2026:JHHC:883 ) 2 statement. 5. Considering that name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement, the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 15 of the petition, two of the co-accused persons have been granted regular bail in the aforesaid B.As by a Co- ordinate Bench of this Court and petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2025, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, NDPS, Act, Palamau, in connection with N.D.P.S.
