Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the State. 2. The applicant, who is in custody since 18.06.2025, has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Lohsinghna P.S. Case No.52 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 74/ 115(2)/ 117(2)/ 304/ 351(2)/ 126(2)/ 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 8 /12 of the POCSO Act. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that complete set of F.I.R along with its enclosures have been annexed with the present bail application and there is no suppression on his/ her part. Innocence of the applicant has been claimed and undertaking has been given for participation in the trial. It has been submitted that the primary allegation against this applicant is applying colour on the victim in a wrong manner on the festival of Holi. It has further been submitted that due to neighbourhood dispute, false allegation has been made and the entire family members have been implicated in this case. The investigation is complete. On the above basis, prayer for bail has been made. 4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, period of custody and the fact that the investigation is complete, I am inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the applicant is directed to be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bond of - 1 - B.A. No.9796 of 2025 2026:JHHC:4185 Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. - III -cum Spl. Judge, POCSO, Hazaribagh, in connection with Lohsinghna P.S. Case No.52 of 2025, on the condition that the applicant will submit self-attested photocopy of his Aadhaar Card and also submit his mobile number before the learned trial court which he will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
