ORAL ORDER
The present petition is filed by the petitioner/husband seeking to quash the impugned order on I.A.No.3 dated 08.09.2022 in M.C.No.15103/2020 on the file of the V Additional District and Sessions Judge at Devanahalli (‘the Family Court’, for short).
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that the matter before the learned trial Judge in M.C.No.15103/2020 has been settled and in view of the same, seeks to withdraw the petition as settled and not pressed.
3. The same is taken on record.

4. The Joint memo dated 30.10.2025 reads as under:-
“It is submitted that in terms of the judgment and decree dated 11.09.2025 passed at the hands of this Hon’ble Court in MC No.15103/2020, this Court had granted a judgement of Divorce, dissolving the marriage of the parties dated 25/04/2014, registered on 17/07/2015 within the office of the Sub-registrar, Chikkajala in Regn No.JAL-HM67-2015-16.
This Hon’ble Court also awarded permanent alimony of Rs.25,00,000/- in favour of the Respondent/wife and both parties have accepted the
judgment and decree passed in the above petition and in compliance of the same the Petitioner/husband has also paid a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- under demand draft bearing No.640284, transferred from the account of Divij. DV i.e., the Petitioner herein through account No.100082344040 drawn on Indus Ind Bank, Devanahalli branch, Devanahalli in favour of Seema M i.e., the Respondent herein, bearing account No.41598872135, State Bank of India. BIAR, Settigere Branch.
The Respondent/wife has agreed to accept the same as a measure of full and final settlement agreeing not to prefer any appeal against the judgement and decree in the above petition without seeking any enhancement. The Respondent/wife also agreed and undertaken that she would not make any claim w.r.t. to any interim maintenance awarded and as a measure of full and final settlement of all claims of interim and permanent final alimony, and also movable and immovable properties of petitioner/husband in future. The said sum of Rs.25,00,000/- has been paid by petitioner/husband, the same is accepted and acknowledged by Respondent/wife.
Wherefore, this Hon’ble Court be pleased to accept the joint memo and close all interim and final claims by both Parties in the above Petition to meet the ends of Justice and Equity.”

5. In terms of the Joint Memo, the petition is
