Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been able to surrender within stipulated time as he was suffering from jaundice and he refers to Annexure-3 to the petition which is certificate of the doctor. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent State submits that the petitioner has already been provided anticipatory bail and in spite of that, the petitioner has not surrendered. 4. Annexure-3 is the document which suggests that the petitioner was suffering from some ailment and in that view of the matter, two weeks’ further time is, hereby, extended from today to surrender. 5. Order dated 05.07.2024 passed in ABA No.6914 of 2023 is, hereby, modified to the above extent. 6. The rest of the said Order is kept intact. 7. This petition is accordingly disposed of.
