The said prayer of seeking review of the said order has been made by the learned counsel for the appellants in view of the fact that notwithstanding Rule 9 of 2015 Policy Allotment Rules, it was decided in the 24th meeting of the Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee Agenda 21 that the appellants shall be allotted spaces. 3. Since the aforesaid facts were not before the learned Single Judge while the impugned order dated 24.02.2026 was passed, we permit the appellants to seek review of the said order dated 24.02.2026.
