The learned trial court in order dated 10.07.2026, while dismissing the application for cancellation of Non-Bailable Warrants, observed thus: “It is pertinent to note that even today despite directions of the Court to furnish complete address of the accused, the accused has furnished the earlier address of Dausa, Rajasthan, wherein there are already statements of relatives of the accused that he does not reside at the said address.” 4. Even in the present petition, the accused/applicant has mentioned his residential address of Dausa, Rajasthan only. 5. Despite repeated queries, learned counsel for accused/applicant is not disclosing the present correct address of the accused/applicant. 6. Therefore, the anticipatory bail application and the accompanying application are dismissed.
